Our Values

We have been living in the EVENT world for more than 14 years and share all the worries and joys together with clients. We were at the birth and growth of the biggest festivals in the Czech Republic (Beats For Love, Colors of Ostrava, Mighty Sounds, Brutal Assault, etc.). We spend our time together with clients in the field and try to eliminate all risks that have an impact on the successful course of the upcoming event. Our team of professionals adheres to the following values:

  • Health and protection of lives. This is the priority of visitors and the entire implementation team. At the same time, we think about your brand.
  • Cooperation. Also customer orientation, maximum support and emphasis on the implementation of the entire event and the profitability of the client. We are ready to cooperate with all segments.

I have dedicated my professional life to information technology and human resource management. For thirteen years I worked at ČEZ ICT Services, where I deployed, managed and finally managed the Service Desk(s) department. Key to my work was not only the functionality of all systems, but also the pro-customer approach, which comes first.
Thanks to the specialization in processes (ITIL), databases (MS SQL) and ERP systems, I had the opportunity to join the HEDURIO team as an architect and methodologist, which develops information systems for the private sector, mainly for security agencies or organizations dealing with the coordination and management of people (staffing agencies, sports clubs, etc.). This robust system not only makes work more efficient, but also brings substantial financial savings.
Another project of mine that is worth mentioning is HEDURIO – EVENTS. It is an accreditation, reservation and invitation system that enables the efficient preparation and coordination of cultural and social events at the international level. Clients of this system are NATO DAys, Oktagon, Czech Olympic Association, etc.
As a security manager, I worked on the Colors of Ostrava, Mighty Sound projects. I am looking forward to cooperate with you.

I have been in the field of physical security for over 10 years. I gained experience in event security, security in nightclubs and discotheques, but also thanks to VIP escorts. Later I looked into crisis and security management. I am completing my doctoral studies at the Faculty of Safety Engineering at the Technical University of Ostrava. I specialize in the Crowd safety management.
In addition to safety, my passion is the world of innovation and new technologies. I studied public policy in research, development and innovation, as well as international relations and European studies, and I hold an MBA in crisis management. I like to lecture about new technologies, innovations and safety. I get space withion academi, in the commercial sphere, in the Czech Republic and abroad.
It is therefore not surprising that in the company I am in charge of development activities and the implementation of innovations in practice.

L5 Crowd Science and Risk Analysis

In 1997, I founded and until 2020 led one of the largest security agencies in the Czech Republic, focusing on event security. So I have more than 25 years of field experience. In the last decade, I focused on the field of crisis management, security management and especially crowd management.
I hold the L5 Diploma Crowd Science and Risk analysis certification, which
I studied in Great Britain. I also hold a certification in Psychology of Crowd Safety Management from the University of Sussex. My main domain is the behavior of the crowd, its monitoring and subsequent management to ensure a pleasant experience for visitors and, most importantly, of course, safety.
I am mainly responsible for the creation of analytical studies, security plans and their subsequent execution within the ongoing event. You can usually meet me in the control room or directly on the set with a RDS.

Q&A

Is it possible to choose only some Diamond Scope services, or do you only provide a comprehensive service?

We are variable, so individual segments of our services can be delivered separately. If, for example, you have your own security, it is not necessary to interrupt the working cooperation, we like to cooperate with other entities.

Do you provide the offered services yourself?

Yes. We have all our expertise and services in-house. So we are not resellers, we have our own HW technology, we developed the software ourselves and we also have our own staff.

What is your legal subjectivity?

We currently work in the format of a consortium of 3 companies that have been working together for a long time.

What are your references?

The members of our consortium have been in the industry for three decades. We have experience from small events for dozens of visitors to the largest events with a quarter of a million people.

Do you also operate abroad?

Yes, we are able to implement events within the EU as well.
